  • Once your order is processed, please allow 10-20 working days to receive your item. Delivery times may vary for countries outside the US, including US states outside the mainland. For some European countries, it may take up to 30 days to receive your item.

Order Tracking

  • We will send tracking numbers for your packages to your email address once they are available from our carriers. You can use these tracking numbers to monitor the status and whereabouts of your shipments directly through the courier service. 

Shipping Updates

  • You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order. Additionally, you will receive a dispatch notification email when your order has been shipped. Please ensure to check your spam folder for these emails.

Multiple Packages

  • Due to our large inventory and multiple warehouse holdings, orders may arrive individually. However, rest assured that there will be no additional shipping charges for separate packages.
